Xulongxing Shuifa Dried Alaska Red Ginseng 150g, Mung Bean Sprouts 150g, Fresh Shahe Powder 500g

cooking steps
Step 1: Wash the soaked Xulonghang red ginseng, slice it for later use
Step 2: Heat oil in a pan, add red ginseng, 1 teaspoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of chicken broth (or water) and stir-fry for 3 minutes
Step 3: After thickening the sauce, take out the red ginseng and set aside
Step 4: Chop the onion and garlic, heat the pan into the oil, put the onion and garlic into the pan and sauté until fragrant
Step 5: Put the sand river noodles into the pot, fry on high heat for 30 seconds, pour in 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce and stir-fry until the rice noodles are colored
Step 6: Add bean sprouts and stir-fry for 3 minutes on high heat
Step 8: Add red ginseng, add 3 tablespoons of light soy sauce and continue to stir fry and mix well
